　　這是香港資訊校園資料庫模式。請依據這個模式，準備貴校老師和學生的資料庫。請負責老師留意，這些戶口名稱會有效至該老師或同學離校。而我們只會在負責老師的要求下，才會將個別或全部的戶口密碼重設為最初密碼。

Teachers' database format :(for example: myc is the school code)
User Full Name	User ID (8 char.)	Password

Teacher's full English name Characters' length is limited to 22	The pattern is <school code e.g. myc> + "-" + any characters . There are 1- 4 spaces left after "-", and they can be digits or characters.	They should be any combination of digits AND letters ( for letters, they are capital sensitive). The total number of characters should not exceed 8, but not less than 6. For security, it is NOT suggested to use the User ID or Full name as the Password. Password can be left empty. We will then assign it for you.

Students' database format :(for example: myc is the school code)
User Full Name	User ID (8 char.)	Password
CHAN TAI MING	myc80103	B9309myc
Student's full English name Characters' length is limited to 22	The pattern is <school code e.g. myc> + (exactly 5) digits . The total number of characters should be 8.	They should be any combination of digits AND letters (for letters, they are capital sensitive). The total number of characters hould not exceed 8, but not less than 6. To simplify, it is suggested to use the format : first 5 characters of HKID + <school code> Please put records of different classes into ONE database

請以軟件模式 ( 如 Spreadsheet e.g. Excel 和 DBF e.g. Foxpro ) 儲存，然後從學校戶口管理系統交給我們、將資料電郵到 register@hkcampus.net 或將磁碟寄回 Hong Kong Cyber Campus 。

完成的戶口名單將會電郵到學校電郵戶口
<school code>-mail 內。
